Moving POL Virtuals Drives to Seperate Hard drive?

how to do this in command line?

snazzybutterfly	I'm somewhat new to linux and I can get programs up and running on POL just fine, but I want to move them to another hard drive I have in my computer. How exactly do I do this. I've read the advanced topic found here.
