New steam update wont open

Same problem here, the new Steam update is completely broken on 32-bit, 64-bit, POL and non-POL wineprefixes.

Did you check with wine --version to confirm the wine has been updated? 

 

I'm using linux mint so installation is different. Anyway, here is some guidance from the site. 

1. Download staging here

Release changelog (it mentions steam fixed)

Though I can login now, the game i play become graphically corrupted with this latest build. Oh well, I will wait for playonlinux to update their wine library. haizzzz

Missed a sum up for the fix:

- Stable version 2.0.2

- 2.12-fix43315 (POL only) or later 32bit

- 2.13 or later 64bit
