Error in POL_Shortcut

Hello,
I'm a newcomer by using Ubuntu 18.4, trying to run Aion on my Dell with Intel Core i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80 GHz, AMD Juniper XT [Radeon HD 5770], 6 GB RAM DDR4.

An error occurs after running PlayOnLinux:

"Error in POL_Shortcut; Binary file not found: GameForgeLive.exe; Is this program installed in the basic directory?"

XTerm and winetricks additionally installed, but still receiving an error with "POL_Shortcut"

Does Wine simply have to be configurated in the graphic settings with 1024x768 pixels to prevent running in fullscreen modus? Or there are another configurations/adjustments required?

Thanks in advance for teaching an ex-Windows/DOS user  :)

That only the command to create a shortcut for a specific application that can't find it. Did you install something that stop before installed ?
