POL installed fine, wine installed, directx, steam installed great. games won't install at all.

trying to install via steam client causes the client to crash. no error.

latest POL, win 0.9.59 through 1.0 rc-3, and set to winxp, pixel shader makes no difference

nothing helps.

uhm.. help?
