Het forum

I installed it and it booted up fine but then crashed, forcing me to restart my whole computer. Now it will not open what so ever and either says 'preparing to launch' forever or saying installing microsoft directx and then not opening. If you see this, could you please help me. it would be greatly apprecitated. thanks
