Anyone experienced general FPS lag in League lately?

I've played for months on an M1 Pro (16gb) and an M3 (16gb) and both were flawless in terms of gameplay.
After the latest patch (14.11) things got pretty worse, I experienced major drops in FPS which are pretty inconvenient.
I always used MetalBetaTest and I play on 2K res @ 180hz

Can you let me know if you experience the same behavior https://mobdro.bio/ ?
