So I tried everything I knew and the game either doesn't run or is stuck at a black screen until it crashes. What's funny is I managed to run need for speed most wanted without any direct x problems, just can't get to run carbon  .

I have tried porting kit, crossover, parallels, same issue of direct x.

Is there any other way to run it?

Also please don't suggest boot camp cuz I tried it in my MacBook and screwed up hard.
