Should I downgrade to Mojave on my 2013 iMac?

lekanhaji	I use a 2013 iMac with an HDD because I can’t get an ssd rn (no money), and currently I’m on Catalina however HFS is last supported on Mojave and that’s the last file system meant for HDD’s so should I downgrade to Mojave?
