I am new to PlayOnLinux and Wine. I am running Ubuntu 9.10 with the Gnome desktop. I installed Oblivion fine and it launches, but the graphics and sound are really slow, choppy and unusable. I haven't even bothered to try and go past the intro screens to the game itself. I have a new, dual-core processor machine. Is there a configuration setting somewhere that might help? I'd be grateful for any advice.
