How to get d3dx9 in a POL-prefix?

Denieru	Hi! I just installed Tropico 3 (non-supported POL application) but I need d3dx9 in order to get it to run, so I used winetricks to install it and then tried to run it in wine which worked perfectly! But I want to run it in POL and therefore I need to get d3dx9 to the prefix, how do I do this? Where is it in my ordinary .wine directory so I just can copy it over? Thanks, Daniel
