Ok. so i install portal 2 through latest version of playonlinux. it boots up with a normal screen, then the game screen turns black with just audio. PLZ help. are there any scripts for this? :cry:

I'm new to playonlinux, so I have lots of questions of my own, I'm using playonlinux version 4.0.14. When I open the install tab by clicking the icon, and chose testing, there is a search entry box at the top of the window. If I type Portal 2 into the search box two scripts for installing portal show up. One is for Portal, and the other is for portal2 They are beta scripts, but maybe the portal2 script will help you. ( or was this script the one you used to install your game to begin with?)

I tried both scripts. I installed steam as well manually, too. Here's another problem: even downgrading 2 another version of PoL doesn't let it run. I just decided to reinstall the OS for more luck...
