When I attempt the install the installation unpacks the files ok, Allows me to enter my software registration code, Accept the license agreement, Select English language, Install in C:\\users\\Public\\Start Menu\\Programs\\Serif Applications\\WebPlus

The install wizard continues with the install then aborts "Serif WebPlus X4 setup wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again.

No abort code.

Any idea how to get the install to complete.

PS I tried to unpack the exe file (using winzip) and run the MSI setup but got the same issue
