Here we have uncompatible software libraries, first with the Windows-based application (Hamilton House, Amazing English 1), and the available libraries for the Linux distribution. For most cases, ntlm_auth works on Windows NT-based systems, or more or less Microsoft Windows. The problem is that the Windows-based application is trying to reference a call to the NT framework to execute an instruction, and the available ntlm_auth is no longer reliable.
I noticed that you use an Apple-based computer for this message. Certain Intel-based Macbooks can run some applications without too much hoop-jumping, and certain other Macbooks (M*) do not have equivalent libraries. Suggested workarounds would be to use a time-based free trial of Crossover for Mac/Linux (one or the other, but not both), or the wine64 exectuable. These are currently actively developed.
