Search Cell on every Forum List.

moshebagelfresser	To make it easy to find an answer to a problem a better search engine is needed. The Search Cell should be on every page in either the Forum or other pages. Not having a good Search Engine Cell on each page is a real time waster!

petch	I made a small prototype that pushes all forum articles into an Elasticsearch cluster, and found it quite useful (indexing the bugtracker would be very cool too).
