Hi,

first of all, since this is my first post here, hello to all, and thanks for your great work on POL, played a lot of games with it ;)

 

but now to my problem: 

whenever I start Frozen\ Throne.exe, wine crashes, Debug Output:

but frozen throne runs abolutely fine, the only problem: the mouse is stuck in the window, I can change focus with alt tab to another window, write in it, but the mouse remains in frozen throne, and no shortcut helps

even when I switch desktop, I can't use my mouse

 

any thoughts on this?

Edit: I tried several (32bit) wine versions, now I run with 1.7.4, but the version don't matter, tried several

I use fedora 18 with mate, tried it with gnome shell as well.

also tried a mint os with mate as well, same problem

 

the bottle I used here is the bottle originally set up for starcraft 1, since I just have the wc3 folder and the install file, I couldn't use the install frozen throne from the pol menu

When you say "switch desktop" do you mean Ctrl+Alt+arrows?

Have you tried using the "virtual desktop" in Wine Configuration?
I always set my games to use the virtual desktop and it will resize to the game resolution so your game stays fullscreen.
