Installation procedure for Garmin GTN/GDU 620 PC Trainer

- Configure for 64-bit

- Wine Config:

  •    Windows Version: OS Windows Vista or later
  •    Libraries:  Override msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll (both native, builtin)
