Using the system's version of Wine in 64bits mode ?

Dadu042	With POL v4.3.4, is it possible to use the system's version of Wine in 64bits mode ? (I can when into a prefix created in 32 bits mode, just by selecting 'SYSTEM' in the Wine versions).
