I'm using PlayOnMac_4.4.4 and op system is macOs Monterey version 12.2.1. My apple is a M1. 

I'm trying to install Heroes of might and magic III, but when I do the installation get stucks on the image above. It says it's waiting for Qartz to be installed, but it never works. Any ideia of how could I fix it?
