BG3 Patch 8 is still broken on MacOS

gonepno1	Just tested the new patch 8 in BG3 on an m4 MacBook Pro. The renice command change is still needed to get consistent performance and no stuttering. FSR 1 is still our only upscaling option https://mobdro.bio/ .   Edited by gonepno1
