How to reproduce:

1. Install a game that needs directx
2. While playonlinux downloads press cancel.
3. Install the game again
4. Everything seems to go fine
5. Directx installation silently failed since the .exe file was downloaded partially the first time.

It doesnt redownload/verify or continu the partially downloaded files.
