Question about Steam games with POL

PyGuy	Hello! I was wondering if there is a way to run a POL script of a Steam game without downloading another instance of Steam. Like if I already have Steam installed with POL, but I want to run an installation of, say, Fallout: New Vegas. Normally, doing so with POL will install another Steam. Is there a way to do this with just the Steam I have? Thanks in advance! -Andrew
