Activate Borders around running applications

How to add borders?

Is there a way to have borders around the applications that are running.

In particular, I installed Itunes.  It doesn't have borders, and I can't tell where the applicate begins and where it ends.  I keep inadvertenly clicking on the wrong window when trying to select Itunes.
