Please add in Configure option for installed programm - encodings config
For example I had plroblems with encoding and I solved it only running EXE commands line
LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8 wine Yazzle.exe
I know that a lot of people have the same problem , but solve is very easy and I think it must be in Configure options via UI
