File's wont open in windows.

Hi,
When I create or edit a MS Publisher 2010 file using 'Play On Linux', it will not open in windows.  Does anyone know why?  The error message is;

"Publisher has detected a problem in the file you are trying to open.  To protect your computer, Publisher will not open the file."
