I bought a GameSir Supernova. Someone mentioned in a post that it works well with Mac, but that wasn't the case for me.

The receiver mode doesn't work, and it only functions in wired mode or DS-Bluetooth mode (DualShock).

However, since the controller's buttons are labeled with English letters like XYAB, it's incredibly tiresome when gaming.

I can find the original button layout by connecting it with a cable, but this isn't what I wanted https://vidmate.bid/ .

The firmware is the latest version, but does anyone know how to solve this issue?

I'm considering whether I should return this product and go back to DualShock or DualSense.
