Hi I use Chakra GNU/Linux 2012.04 x86_64, to install the game I use the wine 1.3.26 version (installed by the script) I use KDE 4.8.3
the changes are this
But the game run very, very slow, like in slow motion (you can see how slow run the game watching the video). Disabling kwin effects don't make any difference.
My equip is a AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 4gb of ram and ATI HD4670 512mb of vram with catalyst 12.2
Any idea of what I'm doing wrong?
Any help will be much apreciated, thanks in advance Edité par Megacubo

I think it's a problem related to playonlinux.
I just tried the game in crossover and runs at full speed (but still does not recognize the Xbox 360 joystick)

Hi, I do not have any slowdown/crash issue with this game. I think your problem is more related to ATI/AMD hardware, crossover builds have some "hacks" to speedup game when using ATI card (problems due to very bad GNU/Linux driver). Concerning the pad issue, wireless pads have very few chance to work...Even wired Xbox360 pad work only with some games. Using keyboard/mouse to play game with wine is still the best way, but things goes better with time Regards, GNU_Raziel Edité par GNU_Raziel

Thanks for the answers. I imagine that the ATI driver was responsible. For the pad I "solved" with QJoyPad. Thanks again I mark as solved Edité par Megacubo
