I instal game fine. And it run fine, with black skin tone(with all .exe files), audio and video cinematic glitches with The Elder Scrolls 4 - Oblivion+ have some circle shortcut interface in start of new game, witch i do not know how to exiit... Is it still needed native d3dx9_27.dll file, or should i just install something else from PoL...?

btw ...  I installed latest wine stable version, after installation of PoL... And under "manage wine versions" there is just no wine at all...

Sounds like you almost got it running.
Here is a step-by-step guide for installing and running Oblivion: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Guide

Make sure to disable the Steam "In-Game Community" overlay. It has been causing very strange problems and crashing.

Are you able to run any other games successfully?

Is that "In-Game Community" in PoL or Steam? I was install game + addons with PoL Scripts not with "Non-Listed " Option... And that tutorial is for goty which you say is not for steam but goty is from steam... I am not sure but i think it is retail version, my friend was buy game and copy(burn) that version on new disc from original i think... Original disc was damage a little and have troubles in most times for reading data from it... But hay he give me his version to use even if it needed no-cd instaler, he do not play This game anymore...

Should i install directx 9 or d3dx9?
To answer my questio.

"However, you should not install DirectX with the "directx9" option as this will completely mess up Wine. (The "directx9" option is intended for developers who need to compare behaviour between Wine's implementation and Microsoft's.) "
from http://wiki.winehq.org/Native_D3DX9

In Steam

Yes, the guide is for the retail version.
Just make sure you install the same libraries before installing Steam. Like d3dx9, vcrun2005, etc
Those are important for the actual game to run.

The guide is pretty old and doesn't show you how to install Steam.
I recommend using Wine 1.6.2 for Steam.

Maybe 1.5.28 wine(oblivion use this version) have that libraries, and what about wine stable version(latest wine) that i install out of pol?
booman Wednesday 26 February 2014 at 21:39

Unfortunately any Wine but 1.6.2 or 1.7.8 and newer won't run Steam any more.
Yeah, try the current stable Wine

Hey i do not use Steam under wine etc. Just native linux steam. All win games are on cd from times when i use windows...

Should i try some more wine versions of wine inside pol or just to install most libraries beside d3d9x...

Maybe its better to follow a Steam guide like this:  Steam Games
Instead of installing/downloading Alien Swarm, install Oblivion.
Remember to install corefonts, tahoma, d3dx9 and vcrun2005

Don't forget to disable the In-Game Community overlay in Steam.

Then try launching Oblivion.

Wow, that is strange. Its the hotkey menu.
There may be an option ingame to turn it off.
I played almost 200 hours of Oblivion and never used the hotkey menu.

Alien Swam is a pretty cool game...

Looks like the hotkey menu is related to joysticks.
Are you using a joystick or controller?

Yeah, I found the same thread. Try editing the Oblivion.ini file and see if there is an on/off toggle for hotkey menu.
Its a guess, but you will have to do some research.

Try bUse Joystick=0

Those Quick Menu entries are hexidecimal codes for each key. Not sure how to change them.
