CTRL-F1 not work inside

I have installed a WIN-XP program that works fine. I cannot use the CTRL-F1/F2 and ALT-F1/F2 keys because these keys are "heard" by the MACOS operating system. How can I use these keys from the program in use? 

HW: MacBook Air (M1, 2020)

OS: macos Big Sur 11.2.1

PLAYONMAC 4.4.2

XQuartz 2.7.11

SW WIN-XP: QARTest 10.12.2
