Installs, runs, crashes at random.

Hi all:

I've been trying to run "Thief Gold" on PlayOnLinux (4.2.2) with Wine (1.7.11-1) and have had some issues.

The game appears to install properly with nothing more than Quartz and its included "Indeo Codecs".

It starts and runs seamlessly for a seemingly random length of time and then freezes necessitating a forced termination.

I've dumped the debug log for one such run and posted it verbatim on pastebin:

And in case it helps to know the hardware involved, a system report:

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Are you sure that is the entire debug? Usually it starts with the date and path to executable.

There is a chance you will need specific 32-bit libraries to run Thief. Normally in Ubuntu and Mint I install all the necessary 32-bit libraries ahead of time.

Your video card is a bit old and the Nvidia 304 drivers are old as well, but Thief is an old game too. So you would think they could run well together.

Unfortunately you won't be able to upgrade your drivers for that card.
