I have a problem with download dotnetfx3, what i need doing?

This is what I did

1- Download dotnetfx3.exe manually (I got it from filehippo)

2- Put dotnetfx3.exe in the .PlayOnLinux/ressources/dotnet30 folder

3- Try getting now dotnet30 on POL gui
