Blank slate installation of SWTOR

DarthTiberiusVM	I I had to reinstall SWTOR on a new drive with it running Mojave.  i am having trouble installing it. It is saying file mismatch of W2KSP4_EN.EXE  then I get a "'serious problem" (that is a quote) when I get to download the game and it freezes.
