PlayOnLinux calls system winepath, which updates wineprefix, wiping it

When creating shortcuts or running some scripts, playonlinux runs winepath utility from system wine, that causes prefix update.

When it running old wine again, most prefix data is wiped  because of incompatibility.

System wine version is 9.0. POL version 4.3.4

Removing system wine helps, but it prints such messages:
