Hi everybody,

I installed Age Of Empires 2 (Collectors-Edition, german) with PlayOnLinux 3.8.8. and the installation went well (it just asked to install gecko-engine. I allowed that).

Now the game starts pretty well (just without the intro-movie) and I can play the tutorial and the campaigns.

Now the problem: I can't start the "random/standard game". The screen appears, where I can define my opponents and map etc., but when I click "start game", AOE freezes and doesn't go on. (Just the sand-clock mouse-pointer is shown). °_°

Does anyone have an idea, how to solve this or how to get near this problem? Are there logs to check, or settings to test?

I'm thankful for every hint.
