Can I install repacks?

I have VictorVal's repacks 3 pc games

Nombrefalso	Hi: I downloaded games like fable and others ("old" games). I tried to install on POL but not recognized the iso file as the official cd (logically). How could install on POL? NOTE: sorry for my bad english...
