Stuck on installing Windows Media Player

Hi, I've just downloaded POM in order to play Steins Gate. When installing the game, it gets stuck on installing Windows Media Player 10 (so far it's been loading for an hour or so, but everything else installed within a minute). I've restarted the installation a couple of times but it's always the same. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or will it work if I just wait it out? Many thanks.
