Do you think it would be possible getting this game to work on PlayOnLinux?

I believe it's important to underline whether you mean The Sims, or The Sims 2, maybe both. I'm going to try both and let you know of results.

Then, there is few chances that both The Sims 1 and The Sims 2 can work with POL since these 2 games are rated "Garbage" in Wine's appDB.
