i found a way to bypass the file operation error in solidworks 2007.

in the next to fotos i saved a file, and opened it again with no problems.

I just made an aggressive copy of system 32 from my XP into system 32 in solidworks and wine.

it is now possible to open and save files but not in part format.
the part format is still a problem if the part was edit and saved again..
