Problem with Call of Duty 5 - openSUSE 11.3

hello... I'm Italian so sorry for my bad English! :laught:
2 weeks ago I installed PlayOnLinux on my openSUSE 11.3... I've got ad original CD of Call of Duty: World al War and I want to play this on my computer... I selected from the list of supported games of PlayOnLinux "Call of Duty 4" and I inserted the CD... The installation ended with no error... but, when I try to play, this window appear:
