"No sound device detected"?

Game can't play sound :-(

Hi, I have a game that comes up with the error "No sound device detected. Sound might not work".

The game is Poacher by Yartzee Croshaw. I tried using it under the latest WINE version uner 32bit. Tried under Windows 7, 95 and XP and same result. Game plays perfectly fine, just no sound.

I was hoping maybe I can install a driver or something to make it work? Or is there a setting I can use to make sound work?
