So I'm a PC user and my girlfriend has a Mac, we're trying to get Eden Eternal working (MMO not in the list)

So we downloaded PlayOnMac and we go in, add title that's not listed, we put it in, it installs correctly, but then it freezes at a PlayOnMac screen that says please wait and it just loads forever.

 

So when we try to load the launcher.exe file, it loads it, patches, then we hit play and nothing, the launcher closes as it should but the game doesn't launch.

Macbook Pro 2013, OSX: 10.11.5

This is our first time using it so any help would be great.
