It would be nice if Playonlinux offers the ability to install native Linux Games such as nexuiz openArena and others.
Since some Distributions offer outdated versions of this games in their repositories it might be useful to have such an installcsript to get the newest versions.
It Think playonlinux could be something similar to "Steam" offering an Gui to install select and play free opensource games while offering support for commercial Windows Games.
So it can became one of the most popular gaming tools for Linux wich is included in every distribution.
Even for Linux newbies such a tool might be very useful to find new games and install them directly.

I think there is no point to support natives games. You can also try DjL : http://www.djl-linux.org
