Wine version: 1.3.26 from PoL
Everytime I get the error message "Audio test failed". How can I fix this issue?
What I've done trying to fix:
deleting wineprefix and run wincfg
changing sample rate and restarting Wine
(de-)activating ALSA from within winecfg and restarting Wine
set to emulation
Nothing helped except one time yesterday after deleting the wineprefix. But this worked only a short time.
With my system (Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit) installed Wine 1.2.3 I've no problems with audio.

What about version higher than 1.3.26 ?
(They have made change in audio driver since 1.3.26, that's why it works with 1.2.3)
Also, is your prefix clean?

Well, with 1.3.37 it works from the beginning, but I thought, there could be another solution getting audio under 1.3.26.

For me it's 1.3.28 that has no sound, 1.3.26 is fine.
Remember those are development versions, stable versions are 1.0.x, 1.2.x, 1.4.x... Sometimes things break, and you just have to try another version.

Yeah, Pulse is running. But I get good sound with a newer version.
