I was trying to install something, but I have a warning in the window. It says, "[source] Fatal: Package installation will fail until you set /proc/sys/kernal/yama/p" but it cuts off and the window is not resizable and cannot be maximized. This is a PlayOnLinux window (python), not a Windows application window.

The resizable option is not an OS option, it is set in the code of of the application.
Why would the windows not be resizable? I consider this a serious usability bug that must be fixed.

Please make all windows resizable by default in the future.

Thanks

Then your screen resolution is waaaayyy too small. Its not a resizeable window. But I have never run into usability issues with that. If you its a usability issue, then its because your screen resolution has to be off. This should easily fit in pretty much any screen size.

The devs are aware of how that works, as its built into the main POL window. Just not all of the rest.

We are quite aware of the programming language used to write POL. Please dial back the attitude (I think I have warned you about that before. lol).

Demanding, arent we? Why dont you submit a feature request for it, instead of insinuating that the devs do not understand window resize options in their coding. :)

Or perhaps change your window resolution to something other than 640x480? Im sure there is a reason that its like that.

You are the first person that I have heard complain about it to the point to where you are making it seem like the whole program is dead because of this. Please explain, why MUST it be fixed?

Also, its open-source, so you could technically get the source yourself, add that feature, and use it in your system. :)

I had the same issue. I thought I was using the program wronge at first because the "next" button was cut off. After manipulating my high DPI scaling with Tweak-Gnome on fedora 22 I was able to make the button partially visable.

That's not the same issue, and that thread is two years old
