Hi, again trying a game not in the list. :)
Just bought LOK:BO2, and decided to install it and try if it works. It does. :) I recomend playing it in a virtual screen (I use 1600x900), so you can change the resolution ingame without problems. The game works perfectly as is (can't understand why there wasn't any installer in POL).
My specs: Phenom IIx4, 8 GB RAM, GTX550TI, Ubuntu 12.04 64... don't think you might need any more info. The game runs flawlessly, and that's what matters. :)
Cheers.

Very nice! What a classic! Did you have to install any Windows Components (libraries) for it to run? d3dx9? I think its an old Windows 95 game if I remember correctly... so it should run without any direct x. Did you know some indie developers are working on a totally 3D remake of Legacy of Kain? Its called Blood Omnicide

Nope, I didn't know that. :) Actually, all I knew about this game was that it's a PSX port to PC. They made many of those in that time, but I saw a great deal in GOG (4 Legacy for only 5 bucks), and I had to have it. :P
As I said, nothing was necesary. Just selected the installer with POL and after finishing, just played. :) I run the game is 1600x900 (it has the option in the menu, but probably because I'm using the virtual screen in that size). :)
Anyway, I'll come back to post some other games later. :) Edité par marianojoey
