Opengl 3.2 core profile need additional declarations to be used.

Wine detect and use only opengl 2.1

As stated in this documentation page https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/GraphicsImaging/Conceptual/OpenGL-MacProgGuide/opengl_pixelformats/opengl_pixelformats.html

additional declarations need to be added for Opengl 3.2 core profile to be enabled.

Please add them.
