VST-Plugins in different POL- Drives?

cocoony	How can i install in POL different VST-Plugins for my DAW Ableton Live? I 've installed my VST-Plugin in other POL-Drive as Ableton Live,and when i set the VST Folder from Live to this Drive it didnt find that VST-Plugin (.dll File) Do i have to install this Plugin only in same Drive as Ableton Live?
