The Leagu Of Legend's setup size X : 1,5 Y: 10,20 so i can't see setup and i can't install.

Are you using a 2K or 4K screen?  PlayOnLinux has always been problematic with Font scaling.

Try changing the resolution to 1920x1080

I cant, my monitor's maximum resoulution is 1280x1024. 

And i installed linux mint now, i can install but i when i start tha game then lol whoops screen comes and i can't play.

Oh, you are running League of Legends.  Try launching with "debug" and it will spit out any errors or bugs.

This way we can see why it isn't running.

What version of Wine are you using?

Ok i fixed start the game on Linux Mint.

But still have the resoulution problem on manjaro

You have a Mint and Manjaro setup?

I was have problem on Manjaro so i installed linux mint. Linux mint has not problem. Manjaro has.

Hmm, you may have to search some Manjaro/Arch forums.  Search for "font scaling"
