my steam login page will just be blank when i load it up with playonmac and only an x in the top right corner of the pop up to close it. Im on a 2020 macbook air and im running 13.2 ventura i would love a fix so i would be able to play games like battleblock theater with my friends.

I am running into the same issue.

Environment:

 

• Latest Steam from steampowered.com
• macOS Ventura 13.3.1
• Intel based MacBook Pro
• PlayOnMac 4.4.3

Note, I did try using Steam from the installer, but that is even worse, since it does not complete installation, with:

 

macOS Catalina user: 32bits wine version are no longer available.
We are going to use the system wine version instead

 

followed by:

 

Error in POL_Wine
Wine seems to have crashed

If your program is running, just ignore this message
