Frame gen without screen tearing?

yokibagam	Title pretty much says it. Is there any way to play games with frame generation on but without causing screen tearing? Frame generation in both COE33 via crossover and native cyberpunk2077 causes really bad screen tearing. If it matters I’m playing on m4 pro chip with a 4K 60hz monitor.
